3.75** Very small restaurant on the edge of Manville and Hillsborough township, BYO. Went on a Friday at 6p before the rush, a lot of people do takeout since it's a small place. They have paper products only, including cups for our beer. (Not an issue imo, just wanted to share). Every dish we had was good, but I wasn't blown away based on other reviews. Sadly nothing stood out to us. However the service was great!

This place was close to Duke Farms & we were looking for good food & we found this place. I ordered the sashimi dinner. The raw fish comes with shaved daikon & sticky rice in a separate bowl. It was delicious & not filling. My husband had the chicken teriyaki with rice. He said it was good. Sometimes the teriyaki can be too sweet but this was not! We ended with green tea mochi ice cream. The service was very good. The place is cute, simply decorated with fake plants but it is clean & sparse. I would definitely go back & would recommend this restaurant.

We've tried delivery from here a few times and they are definitely geared toward take out and delivery. It's very bright with plenty of space inside however they don't allow you to have tap water and you have to buy water bottles. I really don't love when restaurants do this as the water around here is fine and water bottles are so bad for the environment. They also don't have anything other than plastic spoons and forks and plastic wrapped chopsticks. Even the dressing came in a plastic container. I wish they'd think a bit about using more sustainable and re-usable options. The food was good but there was way too much spicy sauce on my rolls and the salad was just ok with overly sweet dressing. The plain sushi pieces were great though!

Relatively new Japanese restaurant off of 206 in hillsborough. The restaurant is fairly casual and simple. We stopped by for lunch on the weekend and it was fairly empty, but lots of people were picking up takeout. We tried the sushi and sashimi combo, Three rolls and lunch tempura Bento box. The fish was fresh, and the rolls were nicely made. The breading on the tempura was slightly thicker than expected and the bento box actually came in a to go box. Overall, a simple Japanese restaurant, probably best to order some sushi to go.

It takes a lot for me to want to write a review. Amazing experience and amazing food. Great atmosphere and randomly noticed how comfortable the chairs are lol. We order to-go often but havent dined in yet until now, and as good as it is for take out, its even better dining in! Loved the presentation for the food and overall great experience. Not pictured is the kani salad that we inhaled before taking a pic!

Hiroshi is hands down the best place to get sushi in Hillsborough and the surrounding area. The inside of the restaurant is on the smaller side but it is well decorated with tons of natural light. It's also extremely clean. The food is fantastic! The fish used for the sushi is extremely fresh. Pictured are all cooked rolls but we've also had raw salmon, scallops and tuna. The shrimp given in the hibachi dinner is plump and perfectly cooked. The prices are extremely reasonable especially with sushi combos being available all day (unique as no one usually does this). The people working at the restaurant were also very kind and extremely attentive. Our new go to takeout spot!
